This man managed to get some water from an ice-covered drinking fountain in the Romanian capital yesterday.

Romanian authorities have reported 15 deaths -- many of them homeless people -- in the past few days after temperatures dropped as low as -30 C.

The record killer cold wave spreading across Europe has already been blamed for more than 50 deaths in Russia.
